14 – 17 years 15 minutes with nurse and 30 mins with doctor - $73.60: $26.00 with CSC
18 – 24 years 15 minutes with nurse and 30 minutes with doctor - $87.00: $38.00 with CSC
25 - 64 years 15 minutes with nurse and 30 minutes with doctor - $88.00: $38.00 with CSC
65 years and over 15 minutes with nurse and 30 minutes with doctor - $87.00: $38.00 with CSC
