We close earlier the day before a public holiday

For all MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

CALL 111 IMMEDIATELY!

We are closed all public holidays and every weekend.

Please note we close earlier the day before a public holiday:

On normal week days our phones switch on at 8 am each weekday and turn off at 5 pm Monday to Friday.

Patients are requested to always ring and book a phone consultation or if necessary a face to face consultation appointment with your nurse or doctor.

The appointment system is there so you can see your doctor at a time of your convenience.

If you do present as a walk-in please don't be offended if we ask you to return at a later time to be seen.

To enable your doctors to attend to their paper work, and have some lunch, we do not book appointments between 12 pm - 1.30 pm.

CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend your appointment we would appreciate you advising us as soon as possible, at least 1 hour before your scheduled appointment. You may be charged for this time if you do not cancel before a certain time.
