We advise that it is our practice policy for nurses to only ring and advise significant abnormal results and results that require a change in health management and that our nurses will not normally contact you when your results are within normal range and or do not require a change in health management.
Our nurses may be able to give you your test results over the phone or they may ask you to come into the practice in person to discuss the results with your doctor.
When you have level 2 access in our practice patient portal, you will be able to view your filed lab results by logging onto your patient portal.
Log onto your patient portal then click on "your account' tab,
then click on "Health record " tab
and then finally click on "Test Results" tab.
To have level 2 portal access you must visit our reception counter in person with photo ID to register. To access the registration form click here Patient Portal Registration Form
If you have not yet joined our practice patient portal then please phone our practice nurses to find out your test results by calling 09 294 3005 and pressing option 1. When a nurse is unable to take your call immediately please leave a voice message and a nurse will return your call later that day. Alternatively you can call and speak to our receptionist , option 0, and ask to be put you on the nurse call back queue and a nurse will ring you as soon as they are able.
